#InHerWords: Bitch whet?
Once you read the name, it's a must try
While exploring Seattle, my friends and I passed a place called Biscuit Bitch on First Avenue and Stewart Street. Instantly amazed, I vowed to try it before leaving.
Biscuit Bitch is a "homemade, filling and well-priced" breakfast spot. They have three locations in the city. The restaurant is laid-back. While standing in line, I heard hits from Ciara and Kevin Gates.
Besides biscuits, breakfast items include garlic grits, eggs, bacon, hot links and sausage gravy. To my surprise, there is an option to add spam to a #BITCHWICH. The spot also serves a range of coffee and expresso.
Biscuit Bitch opens at 8 a.m. Bianca, Dr. Ray and I headed there for breakfast before heading to sessions at the ACUHO-I, an international college and university housing conference. We arrived at about 8:25 a.m. We were just barely able to squeeze into the small store, which was standing room only. There were about four small seating areas outside.
We are working our asses off in this tiny space to serve you as FAST as we can. In an effort to be more efficient we have limited our menu at this location for the summer. Our menu items will be prepared as written with NO changes or substitutions.
I would totally recommend #BiscuitBitch to anyone visiting Seattle. The food was tasty and filling. (I didn't eat again until dinner.) The service was friendly and quick.
